Aveeno Inside & Oat Challenge
This week I have teamed up with one of my favourite skincare brands Aveeno as part of their Inside & Oat challenge. For 7 days I will be using their body care range as part of my daily skincare routine alongside making some healthy meals created by Honestly Healthy’s Natasha Corrett.
As my son suffers dry skin we’ve been using Aveeno for years however I’ve not used their body wash or creamy oil before so I’m interested to see how these perform.
I will review how the meals and light exercise moves (modified due to pregnancy) combined with the Aveeno skincare products performed together and if, as a result left me feeling healthier both inside and out.

This morning I made the Creamy Cashew Porridge from Natasha’s plan and it was incredible! I’ve never made my own porridge before and assumed I had to steep the oats for hours but made my breakfast (image below) from scratch in 5 minutes!
