HAIR | VIDEO – Pink Tips.

My friend Georgia has wanted pastle tips in her blonde hair for sometime. She purchased the directions pastel shades at Xtras but it washed out straight away. We decided to get the brighter semi permanent neon shade and tone it down with conditioner.

The colou we used is Carnation Pink which you can purchase from this store I can’t see it online but they stock them in store.
