EVENT: AX Paris A/W Collection
Burgundy,
Bloggers swept the room snapping the beautifully merchandised displays, floating from one shade of clothing to the next like a butterfly on a flower bed. The item that seemed to be grabbing most of the attention was this delightful faux fur coat which has made an appearance in my dreams since seeing it, and needs to be acquainted with my wardrobe…
Another item I fell for was the faux leather pencil skirt, I loved the nude and burgundy as they will fit in well with my current colour palette. There’s also gorgeous shirts and dipped hem tops for those a little less confident with their derriere.
Like the magpie I am I swooped over to the sequin dress, it’s on my list of things to get ASAP as I have a few parties and events coming up and think this would be the perfect ensemble. The staff were incredibly polite, welcoming myself and Richard and taking us to the cocktail and cake section, any questions I had they answered and went round talking to everyone to make sure they were ok. I can express how encouraging this is, I hate nothing more than going to an event and the PR or owners don’t chat to people they’ve never met. AX Paris however were very professional and I was so pleased to see the stunning Kayleigh who’s just moved down from my neck of the woods so chuffed for her.
As I was travelling for hours I wanted to wear a comfortable outfit so opted for leather look trousers, black Zara shirt and a camouflage jacket, you can see the outfit post here
I left with a generous goodie bag and wish list as long as my arm, make sure you head over to their site I’m sure you’ll fall i love with a few items too!
