Lipcote is celebrating over 50 years in the beauty industry and the return of lipstick with beautiful new packaging featuring exclusive illustrations deigned by top illustrator Dora, whose distinctive work is inspired by 1950s burlesque, japanese print and femininity.
Another new feature is the vanilla scent which lasts on the lips after application.
Lipcote has become a make-up bag essential for so many lipstick lovers and is widely used from the everyday beauty obsessive to beauty professionals.
Using 3 lipsticks I created three additional shades by mixing different colours. All the lipsticks used were by Revlon and sealed with Lipcote for a long-lasting finish.
What’s your memories of Lipcote?
I remember my mother using it when I was young and thinking, why does she fan her lips when she puts that on?, as she waited for it to dry. 🙂
Lipcote dries to a satin matte finish that lasts hours, no feathering or fading.
