Professional makeup brand MAKE UP FOR EVER are launching a range of highly pigmented long-lasting lipsticks for the Artist Rouge collection. With a mixture of textures and a spectrum of shades this is a makeup artist’s and beauty lover’s dream!1313
To create these bold colours MAKE UP FOR EVER use innovative technology to ensure the pigment has intensity and radiance. The Triple-Grinding Technology involves grinding the pigments three times to reduce their size and increase the level of reflection for lips that command attention. To further intensify the colour they use transparent oil which is blended with the pigments to reveal a true rich colour.
There’s currently two finishes in the collection – the ARTIST ROUGE CREME – a comfortable moisturising lipstick with 8-hour wear and ARTIST ROUGE MAT an opaque and non-drying formula with a notable 10-hour wear.
These have been designed with a true artists eye with the precision tip bullet of the lipstick to the clean professional finish on the packaging.
In addition, MAKE UP FOR EVER have collaborated with musical duo Icona Pop and formulated two limited edition shades C603 a luxurious navy blue and M401 a rich true red.
From top left to right
C104 – A pigmented creamy peach nude you would see on the likes of JLo. Would look perfect with a smoked out eye.
M202 – A vibrant neon pink with cool tones in a matt yet moisturising formula. This would look incredible with bronzed glowing skin.
M102 – A deep red shade more on the brown than purple side in a matt finish.
C600 – A dense white that isn’t chalky in the least, this creme lipstick is perfect on its own for an editorial look or mixed with other shades to create a softer version.
M501 – A superb rich berry that I would wear all year round, the pigment is stunning and universally flattering on any skin tone.
To celebrate National Lipstick Day on the 29th July, Debenhams have been given the exclusive on this pre launch for Artist Rouge and will be available for one day on the 28th July. They will then become available late August.
